Anne rejoined Maitland in 2009 and is a representative trustee for various high net worth trusts. Her main focus is on South African trust law and fiduciary services. She has administered various complicated deceased estates during the course of her career. Anne assists with aspects of estate planning, including wills drafting. Previously Anne was employed by PriceWaterhouseCoopers and was a Manager in the Deceased Estates Division. Prior to that she gained experience at the Department of Justice, Master of the High Court, Pretoria. She served her articles at Rooth & Wessels Attorneys and was responsible for their Fiduciary Division.
