Maitland is privately owned by the management and staff.
Maitland’s Board members have extensive business experience with an average of over 25 years within their specific industry. Each member brings their knowledge to managing the business and providing solidly developed frameworks for client requirements. The Board includes the Chairman, Managing Director, Financial Director, three additional directors and two non-executive directors.
The Executive Committee is accountable to the Board and meets regularly to focus on substantive business decisions relating to group-wide issues.
