Maitland is a privately-owned investment holding company. In 2021, our Private and Corporate Client Services business was acquired by Stonehage Fleming and in 2022 our Fund and ManCo business was acquired by Apex Group.

Established in 1976 in Luxembourg, Maitland provided legal, fiduciary, investment, and fund administration services to private, corporate, and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Our longevity was the result of our strong values, collaborative culture, and commitment to our clients. The sale of our business to such highly respected businesses is testimony to the fact that the Maitland management team and employees have, over many years, with great dedication, and support from our loyal client base, built a world class service provider to the international investment fund and private client community.
