The internship programme at Maitland presents a beneficial opportunity and vital experiential learning for graduates in South Africa. Graduates will learn hands-on skills and how to apply their hard-earned education. Where possible, we place our interns in teams where their skills align. They typically spend six months with one team before rotating to another team, to further expand their knowledge of the industry.
