Broadridge suite of hedge fund applications, including Report Manager

The Broadridge applications streamline both the data being imported into Advent Geneva (including trade loading, corporate actions, and security valuations) as well as the data being extracted from Advent Geneva (including position reconciliations and customized portfolio reporting).

In addition, the Broadridge Security Master module is utilised to automate instrument set ups in both Advent Geneva and FIS InvestOne.

Maitland’s proprietary system, Avatar provides a wide range of services, including customer relationship, fund, and workflow management.  Fully automated & integrated with back and middle office modules, Avatar delivers data to all destination points in a prompt, secure, and accurate manner.

AvatarFM

AvatarFM provides fund managers with real-time access into Avatar including viewing and exporting investor contact details and transaction history, investor statement, notice, and confirmation letter deliveries, export investor allocation data and securely transfer files to/from Maitland.

Avatar Investor Portal

Avatar Investor Portal provides LP or investors the ability to securely obtain notices, transaction confirmations, statements and fund information through web access for more secure transmission.  Fund managers also have the ability to send and retrieve files and documents submitted by Maitland remotely.
