DATA RETENTION

Personal information of candidates applying for jobs will be kept in accordance with applicable legal requirements and Maitland’s data retention obligations and policies.

If there is no activity in relation to your personal information, Maitland may remove it from its database, subject to Maitland`s data retention obligations and policies and any applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Please keep a copy of the personal information provided to us as we may delete your profile or some or all of the personal information submitted through the Website as part of the online job search or job application process, for any reason and without notice.

Applicants who have registered their CVs can have their personal data and registered information provided deleted by emailing: moc.puorgdnaltiam@tnemtiurcer.  For applicants who have applied for positions, you may withdraw your application should the recruitment of the vacancy not have been completed by going to the application and selecting the ‘withdraw’ function.  If your account is inactive for a period of four years, your information will be deleted from the system.
