Head of Client Service Management – Institutional Clients
Miles joined Maitland in 2008 and is a key member of the Client Management team.
Miles has fulfilled various roles at Maitland including Key Account Management, Business Development and most recently Global Head of Client Service Management. He has held the following committee memberships: Client Management Leadership Committee, New Business Committee, Profitability Committee, Operations Committee, Risk Committee, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management Committee.
He previously worked at Sailactive Cape Town where he managed the business from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that he was at JP Morgan (London), Bankers Trust Company (London), and Paragon Asset Management (Dubai), as well as spending a few years in Colorado and the Far East.
