Maitland Institutional Services provides UK fund administration services to funds managed by a number of independent investment managers. Where Maitland Institutional Services (“Maitland”) acts as the Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) or Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) Maitland is responsible for the management, operation and risk management oversight of those funds. Maitland also ensures that the investments within the fund meet with regulatory restrictions and the investment guidelines set out in the prospectus.
